1. How to request deletion
To permanently delete your Reekia Coach account and all associated personal data, send an email from the email address used for your account to:
Subject: Reekia Coach account deletion
Please include in the body of the message:
- Your first and last name
- The email address of your account
- The name of your business (gym or practice)
2. Processing time
Your request is processed within 30 days maximum from receipt, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the deletion is complete.
3. Data deleted
The following data is permanently deleted from our systems:
- Profile information (first name, last name, email, phone, photo)
- Login credentials and passwords
- Business data (name, logo, settings)
- Data about your members / clients (identities, performance, injuries, schedules)
- Training programs and sessions created
- Notifications and activity history in the app
- Push notification token
4. Data retained for legal obligations
Certain data is retained beyond the account deletion to comply with our legal obligations:

This data is isolated, no longer used for commercial purposes, and destroyed upon expiry of the legal period.
5. Immediate effect
As soon as your request is processed:
- Access to your account is disabled
- Your data no longer appears in the app
- Your subscription is terminated in accordance with the Terms
6. Members associated with your business
If you manage a business with active members / clients, we recommend you:
- Inform your members of the closure of your account
- Export the data you need before sending the deletion request
- Cancel your subscription with support if you only wish to stop the service without deleting
Members attached to a deleted business can keep their Reekia Member account independently.
